Pacific Ngui Kee Sdn. Bhd. is a joint venture company formed in 1998 between Pan Pacific Construction Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (30%) and Ngiu Kee Corporation (M) Berhad (70%), a public listed company listed on the second board on the Malaysian Stock Exchange.

It is an up market supermarket and departmental store occupying four levels of floor space totalling 118,000 square feet in Centre Point Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.

Located on the basement floor are the supermarket and household goods sections, whilst located on the ground floor are the cosmetics and ladies sections.

Mens' wear and shoes sections are located on the first floor and on the second floor are baby products, stationaries and electrical sections.

Centre Point Sabah is strategically located in the heart of the business centre of Kota Kinabalu, a bustling city where many international travellers come to do business in this capital of the state of Sabah.
